The exclusion of people with disabilities from the workforce can provide a loss of GDP. This is what described a study that analysed Spanish data referred to 2014/2015. The cost of current workforce exclusion stands at 39,312 million euros annually that, in terms of GDP, is 4% (Cámara, Martínez, & Santero-Sánchez, 2020).
