The meaning of the ‘inclusive attitude’ concept follows the ‘attitude’ definition which is “a psychological tendency that is expressed by evaluating a particular entity with some degree of favor or disfavor” (Eagly & Chaiken, 1993; 2007). Also, the ‘attitude’ term is defined as “one’s routine predisposition toward an object or event” (Musgrove, 1998). Therefore, an inclusive attitude can be described as the tendency that is expressed by evaluating entities related to inclusion and diversity concepts with some degree of favour or disfavour. It is the predisposition toward diversity and inclusion. Also, especially if related to the design culture, an inclusive attitude can be defined as a designerly predisposition toward inclusion and diversity concepts (Busciantella-Ricci, et al., 2022).
